Welcome

Image - profile photo Kat I’m Kat, professional nagger and problem solver.  When work & travel took over my life I gained weight and lost fitness.  This left me feeling lethargic, stressed and unproductive.  I didn’t have the energy I needed to keep up with my own busy lifestyle and so I needed to make a change!

I’ve been able to turn things around and now I want to help busy people, like you, build little snippets of fitness training into your life so that you can enjoy improved physical and mental health. Read more…

Day to day I like running, playing with technology and gadgets, designing printables for Tailfish by Pyry and blogging about everything I find interesting in life.

Spread the love

Val Claret ParkOriginally uploaded by plasticsnow As it was another bluebird day today we spent the morning in the Val Claret park. If you’ve been looking for the park on the Tignes.net website ignore the park-cam they have there, it’s not pointing to the right place! The Val Claret park …

Val Claret

Val ClaretOriginally uploaded by plasticsnow As you can see it was bluebird today! Lovely weather, good visibility and lots of fun! My muscles hate me though, they’re still in shock at all the exercise I’m giving them, hopefully they’ll get over it before the end of the week.

Two years is too long

Well we made it to Tignes yesterday morning after travelling on the Eurostar overnight. The train was delayed in arrival by about 2 hours but we still managed to be on the piste riding before lunch. Of course Saturday was a glorious day, bright sunshine and quite warm. So typically …

Chicken korma-tastic!
