Well I got my promotion so thanks to Ruth, Leah and everyone else for all the positive thoughts….I start in a months time and will be going beck to my roots in the HR Team as HR Services Team Leader…I’ll be managing 20 staff rather than 5 so it’s going to be a challenge but I can’t wait. Initially it’s just for 6 months but who know’s with a bit of luck it’ll become permanent.
