Training Log: 28-6-16

Back on it today with a TrainAsONE #threshold session. I felt slightly guilty as I skipped Saturday’s long run to volunteer at a race and then Sunday and Monday were written off with food poisoning, but when you even cut a 45 minute yoga session down to 15 minutes you know you aren’t well enough to be pushing it!
