For the last few months I have been project managing the annual pay review for our client, today I finished the majority of the 20,000 letters and will soon be able to return to my proper day job as a Business Analyst rather than a operational HR dogsbody. It seems fitting that this is the view I had from my hotel window last night when I was finally starting to shed the stress I’ve been under!
