Training Log: 26-5-16

Another lazy day today. My TrainAsONE plan had me down for a 59 minute economy run, but with an off-plan marathon on Saturday and a busy day in the office I decided to postpone it till Saturday’s race.  Instead I did an hour of yoga before my work day kicked off.

Yogaia: Yang yoga

Yogaia: Yin yoga

Tomorrow sees me volunteering at a challenge race for 8 hours, so plenty of time on my feet.
